Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (goKOHO GmbH , Brünebrede 58 , 48231 Warendorf , Deutschland , info@gokoho.de , Phone: 015128937483) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functioning.

Special notes If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.
Deviating return shipping cost regulation for Germany We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.
Return labels Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you will be provided with free return labels for your return. If you use these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you.
The return label will be provided to you by e-mail.
A link to retrieve the return label will be provided.
You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
