  • You can track the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number with DHL. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at info@gokoho.de so we can assist you.

  • If your products are in their original packaging and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to info@gokoho.de and we will send you a return label within 1-2 business days. You can find all further steps here (insert link to return instructions).

  • Should your product have a minor defect, please contact our customer service at info@gokoho.de within 24 hours. Please do not forget to send a picture of the item and the defect – this way we can resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

  • We sincerely apologize if you have received a product that is not what you ordered. Please contact us at info@gokoho.de and we will make sure you receive the KOHO piece you ordered!

  • If your products are in their original packaging and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to info@gokoho.de, and we will send you a return label within 1-2 business days. If you live outside Germany, we do not cover the shipping costs, and please note that we do not cover any potential customs duties. As we check each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.
